Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long will my order take to arrive? Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping within the U.S. typically takes 5–10 business days once fulfilled. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

2. Do you ship internationally? Right now, we ship within the United States only. We may expand to international shipping in the future—stay tuned!

3. What if my order arrives damaged or misprinted? If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll cover the cost of a replacement or refund.

4. Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind? We don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. Please double‑check sizing before ordering. If you’d like a different size or style, you’ll need to place a new order.

5. What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address? If the address provided is incorrect, the package will be returned to our facility. You’ll be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm the updated address.

6. What if my package is lost in transit? If your package doesn’t arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us. We’ll investigate and issue a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.

7. Do you accept returns of face masks or other sealed items? For health and hygiene reasons, sealed items such as face masks cannot be returned or exchanged.
